These terms explain how Books Clips works, including short book-summary clips, author pages, saved discoveries, and the account features that support them.
Educational summaries
Videos and written descriptions are provided for discovery, commentary, and educational purposes. They are not a replacement for the full book, professional advice, or the author's complete work.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account access secure. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if activity appears abusive, unlawful, automated, or harmful to the Books Clips community.
Content ownership
Book titles, covers, author names, publisher materials, and third-party clips remain the property of their respective owners. Books Clips owns the app experience, original summaries, layout, and related product materials unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content. Do not upload or share content that infringes rights, reveals private information, promotes harm, or violates applicable laws.
Changes to the service
Books Clips may add, remove, reorder, or update videos, author pages, book overviews, features, and availability at any time. We may also update these terms as the product grows.
